Over the past two weeks, the frequent complaint of Neck Pain as a result of working at a desk all day long has come up quite often in our practice.

Keeping this in mind, I wanted to give you a short solution to navigating this problem with a simple 6 minute youtube video that will help you navigate this problem.

Keep in mind that it is super important to incorporate movement into you life on a daily basis.

  1. Take a 10 minute break every hour to move – take a walk outside in the sunshine, stretch, refocus
  2. Incorporate a stretching routine into your daily activities
  3. Make sure you have a sit to stand desk – I recommend Varidesk
