Do Something Great

A New Year

Welcome to 2026.

MMGA is officially a year old.

I started this journey as my own therapy from the chaos of the world.

Through observation and reading, I was graced with the opportunity to hopefully share some gained wisdom with you, my reader.

Some of you read every single post and shared it with your friends.

Some of you unsubscribed because “make monday great again” sounds like a Donald Trump slogan which I find comical.

(to be totally transparent, I did take the idea from MAGA – now what that looks like could be different for all of us but a quick metaphysical analysis will suggest that to make monday great is a tenant of truth so get out of here with the politics).

Some of you periodically tuned in.

For all of you, no matter where you fell on the spectrum, I am truly grateful.

When I started a business, I made a promise with God.

That promise was to help sick people get well.

It was my professional vocation.

As I have learned with God, be careful what you ask for.

Little did I know what that promise would entail and maybe one day I will write a book about the numerous encounters I have had in private practice.

But part of that vision is the premise of organizing our mind and shaping how we view the world which has always been the goal of Make Monday Great Again.

So, what is the vision of 2026?

For me, it is a path that continues from where it started.

It is a discipline of growth.

It forces me to continually read and to constantly contemplate where I am going and to share those observations with you, my reader.

With that being said…

What does 2026 look like for you?

What habit are you going to continue to maintain?

What habit are you going to start?

What habit are you going to quit?

These are all deep reflections to evaluate, especially in the light of knowing that a habit can be good or bad for your development.

It can be incredibly difficult to cut the bad habits (like giving up alcohol)

It can be incredibly difficult to continue the good habits (like walking every day outside regardless of weather conditions)

No matter what, we know that who we become in mind, body, and spirit is ultimately up to the habits that we choose to continue, start, or quit.

I wish you a great start to 2026 and look forward to accompanying you as we continue to work together to make our Monday great.
