See what can be, not just what is

July 14, 2025

One of the biggest struggles I have witnessed as a health care provider is the battle a patient has with complacency in their optimal expression of health.

Far too often we have been told a story that the government and our medical doctor are responsible for ensuring that we have “health” and it is in our best interest to follow their guidance.

However, if we do a quick survey of the general population of America, you will quickly find that the one common goal, expression of health, is severely lacking.

When you have a majority of the population (2/3rds to be exact) taking more than one medication a day, it should be rather quickly assessed that Houston, we have a problem.

Unfortunately, I have found that most people are content in taking these miracle chemicals because the narrative and the story that has been told entrenches their beliefs. This dogmatic belief is oftentimes held in high esteem even when the actual true scientific data exposes it to be nothing more than an agenda to sell more drugs and create the lifetime patient.

Regardless, like I started this thought, we are complacent with the story that medication is going to save us even when the medication we have taken has completely and utterly failed us leaving us in the position of having to learn to live with it.

Statements such as: “this is just part of my genetics” or “I have a chemical imbalance” or even “the doctor said there is nothing else he can do” have utterly destroyed our ability to see what can be with our health. Instead we just continue down the path, accepting life as is and become a shell of the potential we could be if we broke free from the myth that has been indoctrinated into our everyday life.

You see, part of my role as an Upper Cervical Doctor is to help people better understand how amazing their body actually is when the neurological system that governs the ability to thrive is freed from any burden or interruption in optimal function. This would be more along the day to day tasks of actually providing upper cervical care.

However, the other hat I wear is one that exposes the lies that have been conditioned into our daily life with the truth and resources to reclaim your health from the chemical soup laden zombie you have become.

To see what can be, not just what is actually requires us to use sound logic and reason when we approach our expression of health.

Can this be difficult, painful, emotional, cause outbursts of anger and frustration…absolutely. In fact, if you are not experiencing any of these when you decide to break free then I would suggest that you aren’t looking in the right places or headed in the right direction.

The propaganda that reinforces the medical stories of America is incredibly strong and resilient. If you choose to break free from this paradigm, you are labeled a quack, a weirdo, an outcast even when you expose the truth. As a wise person once said, someone has to go first…

For years we have been silenced by critics because reclaiming health requires you to be radically different from the 90%.

You eat differently.

You live differently.

You engage in society differently.

Your outlook on life is different.

You are almost the exact opposite of everything mainstream and it baffles them when your kids don’t get sick, you don’t see cancer, you don’t have heart disease or stroke or dementia and for the most part you thrive for a long healthy life.

You aren’t burdened with obesity and insulin resistance and you have a generally fit presentation regardless of working out.

You see, when I started Make Monday Great Again, it was honest therapy for my own thoughts.

As I have continued to write, it has become my own personal vendetta to challenge the accepted medical system and show you how to reclaim your health without the myth that your body needs outside in treatment to achieve optimal health.

However, that can only begin if you are willing to see what can be.

If you choose to live life accepting it just as is, there is nothing I can do for you.

Maybe someone else will be the conduit for waking you up, or maybe this message today has reinforced an area of belief for you that you don’t have to keep living like this.

However, if you are one who is committed to seeing what can be, know that it will not be the easy path, it will require radical transformation in almost every single story you have told yourself about health, and most importantly, it will definitely deliver for you the life you have dreamed of.

As you know, it is 4:45 on a Monday morning and I am out walking. This is one habit I have committed to that allows me to see what can be, instead of just living in the status quo. This is how I choose to make my Monday great again. How about you? How are you choosing to see what can be today?

PS. I don’t make any posts on social media. So if you know someone who can benefit from this content, please do us a favor and share it with them. You never know how far reaching what you may think, say, or do today will affect the lives of millions tomorrow.
