When Everything Goes Wrong

April 20th, 2026

What do you do when everything goes wrong?

A young doctor asked me this recently regarding case management.

It’s a question born of fear, and it’s one that paralyzes most people before they even start.

The “what if” cycle is a manifestation of pride. It’s the belief that you must control every variable to be safe. It keeps you from your vision, your goals, and your potential.

It is a tragic waste of the life you’ve been given.

Flip the script.

We are told 365 times in the Bible to “fear not.” That is your baseline.

When you are faced with a problem and there is no place to turn, the answer is simple:

**Turn to God, and then get back to work.**

Analysis paralysis is a choice.

When I face a difficult case, I move out of my own arrogance, trust Him in the process, and execute.

I consult my mentors and make the best clinical decision, then I trust.

100% of the time, it is His will.

Stop negotiating with your fears. Get back to work.
