The Storm is the revealer.

The Storm is the revealer.

You are either prepared or you are not.

Have you ever watched the aftermath of a hurricane or a tornado and found yourself wondering why some homes are completely wiped out while others are strong and standing?

It is no different with regards to your health presentation.

The only difference can be found in the foundation or constitution of the object or person.

If the house is built on sand (funny enough one of the main ingredients in concrete) it will be washed away.

But if the house is built on stone, it will more than likely withstand the storm.

Lets use this analogy for health.

Your central nervous system is the foundation of the human body.

If you have a strong and resilient CNS, you will be more resilient through the storms thrown at you.

If you have a weak and compromised CNS, you will find your home washed away at the slightest hint of a storm.

The storm reveals to us how formidable your CNS is.

Unfortunately, for a majority of you, the shortcut is the first step you take when the storm reveals the weakness of your CNS.

You go for the pill, the surgery, the cocktail and hope and pray that it will solve the problem.

It is kind of like getting into the closet and putting a mattress over your head even though your house is built on sand.

As opposed to climbing into the storm shelter.

The direct route to fortifying yourself and your expression of optimal health is through the integrity of the upper cervical spine.

It is the one place in the human body that is most often overlooked as well as the one place that can actually solve the problem of building a strong CNS.

The next time the storm approaches and you find your health in shambles, especially when it relates to all things neurological (think heart, anxiety, balance and coordination, vision, headaches, pain) skip the short cut and get to work on the foundation.

The only thing youll ask yourself is why didn’t I know about this sooner and start this sooner.
