Health cannot be bought on Amazon and delivered in 2 days.

While the modern world seeks to speed up and implement incredible efficiency in every facet of our life, the one area that cannot be subjected to this is your health. 

Unfortunately, social influencers have made an incredibly profitable business on the “hacking” methods to make you believe that the Prime state is possible. 

What if the truth to the reason your health is in shambles is because you are buying into the belief that the Prime State is achievable instead of addressing the root cause problems? 

In my experience, the answer to achieving health starts with slowing down. 

To many of you this is foreign. 

Slowing down would require habits such as:

Keeping your nervous system free from any obstructive interference.

Getting 8 hours of sleep a night. 

Taking daily technology free walks. 

Following a proper human diet (ketogenic – under 50 grams of carbohydrates a day).

While these may seem simple, in application they are habits that we have reduced in our life because of the efficiency and dopamine driven excitement we seek to streamline with Prime. 

If you reduce health to the idea that if it can’t be bought on amazon and delivered in two days, you are going to be deeply disappointed with any intervention you choose because it will only manage or mask your symptoms while you start to sacrifice your body to maintain efficiency. 

It’s as simple as that.
