The Principle of Time

Principle 6: There is no process that does not require Time

I was once told that anything worth doing is going to take more time than you ever thought.

Being young and dumb and raised in the nascent world of Amazon Prime, I am blessed to have a foot in two very different worlds

Pre Internet and Post Internet.

Pre Prime and Post Prime.

You see, in today’s day and age, we are bombarded with speed and noise.

This is an incredibly deadly combination that disrupts our natural rhythm of life from having perspective on what is actually achievable in a reasonable amount of time.

You see, instead of holding this perspective in our approach to life, we have slowly morphed into the instant gratification expectation of social media feeds and amazon prime deliveries in all areas of our lives.

The area that I observe this destruction having the most damage is your health.

Having been raised in the environment of division 1 college athletics during the season that NIL did not exist, my life was organized around seasons of training for competition.

Every single day was planned towards peak performance at the conference meet and in the grand scheme this would translate into the 4 year training cycle of the Olympics.

I didn’t suddenly wake up one day and decided to be a D1 athlete or a competitor in the conference we were in.

It took a considerable amount of time and commitment to build the ability to compete.

So why is it that present day when our health suddenly fails us out of the blue that we believe it can be reclaimed in 1 visit?

There is no time to build an ark after the flood has arrived.

You see, because of the indoctrination we have been faced with from the mainstream medical narrative, we have actually cultivated one of the sickest generations in the history of modern man.

Why is it that we wait until we have exhausted all the amazon prime health options that we as a people choose to reclaim our health with the “alternative medicine?”

More importantly, once this flood has arrived, why is it that we expect the “alternative medicine” field to build us an ark in one day?

With most of the adult population suffering from a chronic disease and most of the adult population taking pharmaceuticals, we have absolutely lost the understanding of what it takes to  build an ark to beat the metaphorical flood of physiological disease that is plaguing our society today.

I want to change this paradigm today.

I want to challenge you today.

I want to encourage you to strongly reflect on the idea of how much time plays a role in your ability to sustain optimal health or to sustain a state of disease.

Noah didn’t have an opportunity to build the ark when the flood showed up, he knew that the flood was coming so he started building as soon as possible.

You can too.

If you want to build a healthy body that is capable of performing free of disease and illness, start now.

More importantly, don’t stop.

There is no Amazon prime solution for sustaining health.

There is commitment and perseverance

Don’t wait for the flood to build your ark.

Commit to the process of improving yourself every single day and the more you invest into the results you desire the better you will perform and feel with time.
